Strict Study Regimen

So, how does Hermione get herself to concentrate on her studies so well?  I mean, she goes to school at one of the most magical and exciting schools in the world, so there are sure to be lots of distractions. There are many theories, such as concentration spells, potions, etc. Well, here's my little twist on her study regimen, using self restraint, or having someone else tie her and gag her, to force herself to concentrate on studies. She can't really go anywhere, and she won't be able to chat with anyone, making it the best way for her to concentrate on her books
